1. Price lists

All prices shown in the list of our products are inclusive of taxes. In the final purchase summary the final price of the purchase is shown, indicating the amount corresponding to the taxes applied.

The VAT that will be charged is the one corresponding to the country where the order is received according to European regulations.

The prices shown on may be revised and modified if conditions so require at any time.

Prices are valid except for typographical errors. Repuestos Calefacción reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid by the customer.

2. Payment methods

A) Bank transfer

If you select bank transfer as payment method, you will receive together with the confirmation of your order an e-mail where you will receive the account number to make the bank transfer in the name of Repuestos Calefacción.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject "order nº xxxx", as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 5 days from the day you placed the order in order to validate it.

The order will not be considered effective until we have bank confirmation of the transfer. In any case, in order to process the shipment in a more agile way and to check the information provided by our bank more quickly, we recommend that you send us the proof of the transfer by e-mail to

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EURO and that all possible exchange and bank commissions are your responsibility when you choose this payment system.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods will not be dispatched until we receive proof that the transaction has been completed.

3. Shipping costs and methods.

The shipping costs are those described in the order before its acceptance. reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is carried out, independently of what is set out in these pages and provided that it does not involve a manifest prejudice to the customer.

Delivery times will vary according to the PRODUCTS, although they are normally dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 17:00 and the customer will receive it within 24/48 hours on the mainland and 48/72 hours on the islands. On Fridays orders are shipped at 13:00.

In all cases, delivery times will begin to count from the day after we receive in our bank account the transfer / deposit corresponding to the payment of your order and you receive in your email the order confirmation.

Products with the FREE SHIPPING icon are for deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula.

Deliveries of bulky items will be made by lorry.

4. Warranty

The legal framework of the guarantee (Law 23/2003, of 10 July, on guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods) aims to provide the Customer with different options for claiming compensation when the purchased good does not conform to the contract, giving him the option of demanding the repair or replacement of the good, unless this is impossible or disproportionate. The customer assumes the costs of shipping, both to the technical service and to our physical shop for subsequent shipment to the technical service. If, on the other hand, the fault is covered by the warranty, will return the product and assume the shipping costs from our physical shop to the customer's home as long as the shipment is to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

5. Return and exchange of products

To exchange a product purchased on it is necessary to present it within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

In order to exchange the product, it is necessary that the product is not unsealed, that the original packaging, accessories and instruction books, if any, are in perfect condition, and that no product will be exchanged if it does not comply with the above requirements.

We will not accept exchanges or returns of products that have been tested or manipulated, contain marks of use or manipulation, are damaged, beaten or electrical material.

11 Product enquiries on the website
